Leverage jsx transform to remove unnecessary react imports and update eslint config (#6516)
* update eslint config with jsx runtime * leverage jsx transform to remove unnecessary react imports and update eslint config * run yarn lint --fix to remove eslint disables related to react/prop-types that is now disabled
