media: media endpoint PoC

Supported features:
 - Streaming upload
 - Content-addressed storage
 - Metadata
   - MIME type (taken from Content-Type)
   - Length (I could use stat() for this one tho)
   - filename (for Content-Disposition: attachment, WIP)
